Wie das Mobile Web Nutzer- & Kundenverhalten beeinflusst
Smartphones wie das iPhone oder Handys mit mit Google Android Betriebssystem geben Handynutzern heute ganz neue Möglichkeiten durch die nun allgegenwärtige Informationsverfügbarkeit. Der Clou hierbei ist die ständige Verbindung zum Internet (und damit zu den Daten und der Computing-Power im Netz) in Verbindung mit kleinen Programmen, die diese Daten einfach und sinnvol nutzbar machen.
Daraus resultiert ein ganz neues Verhalten der Nutzer, die z.B.
- keine Reiseführer mehr brauchen, da sie Maps & Qype Radar nutzen
- immer wissen, wo Produkte verfügbar sind wo sie den besten Preis (on- & offline) bekommen (siehe Video unten)
- ein Produkt, welches sie offline sehen, schnell und einfach online suchen und kaufen können
- zu jedem Restaurant, Geschäft oder auch Produkt direkt die Meinungen und Bewertungen anderer User lesen können
- jede Auskunft oder Beratung vor Ort online überprüfen können
Wenn sich Geschäfte, Hotels und Restaurants darauf nicht rechtzeitig einstellen, werden sie viele potentielle Kunden verlieren oder verpassen.
Ist Ihr Online-Shop z.B. mit EAN-Codes in der Artikelbeschreibung ausgestattet? Letztens hat mir im Restaurant ein Wein gefallen, dessen Code ich direkt gescannt und über Google gesucht habe. Es kam nur ein einziger Shop im Ergebnis - raten Sie mal, wo ich den Wein bestellt habe.
Sind MediaMarkt- oder Saturn-Preise wirklich so günstig wie versprochen? Mit Barcoo oder ShopSavvy kann ich das sofort herausfinden.
Oder denken wir mal an die Hersteller: wenn ich vor Ort z.B. LCD-TVs vergleiche - ist Ihre Marke im Web oft genug bewertet und empfohlen worden? Inzwischen kann ich die User-Reviews im Geschäft auf dem Handy lesen, wenn sie entsprechend verbreitet und verfügbar sind. Wer nicht gefunden wird, verliert.
Mit der neuen Google Maps for Mobile Navigationsfunktion kann ich nach Restaurants oder Geschäften entlang meiner Route suchen. Ist ihr Geschäft gut genug auffindbar in Google Maps?
Sorgen Sie dafür, dass Ihre Online-Präsenz auch von Handynutzern gefunden wird und ihnen einen Mehrwert bietet. Denken Sie dabei immer an relevante Informationen: transparente Preise, Produktinformationen und Kundenbewertungen in Verbindung mit einfacher Usability und schneller Ladezeit.
Besonders Offline-Händler müssen sich jetzt schnell darauf einrichten, sonst werden sie noch mehr Kunden an Online-Händler oder Offline-Konkurrenten verlieren, die sich besser platziert haben. Die Technologie und Connectivity werden in Zukunft keine Barriere mehr für die Nutzer darstellen.

Ein sehr schöner Bericht. Die Funktion der mobilen Navigation in Google Maps habe ich auch schon ausprobiert. Ist klasse, besonders wenn man sich irgend wo nicht auskennt.
